You did really well. I wouldn't be extra good, just follow the plan as normal. Sometimes if we're "extra good" we feel deprived and then problems occur. Well done and glad you had a good time with your mum.

Your so right, i mean being on the plan is extra good any way, I am not about to go having soup for ever meal haha, so yes your right! Thank you for your words of wisdom! Haha.

I am feeling totally rubbish to be honest, I don't feel motivated, all i keep thinking about is naughty things and it doesn't help that i had a sneaky weigh in this morning and it says I have gained 2lb? Which is probably the cause for this mood and the prime reason why you should only weigh once per week grrrr. Just have to hope it wooshes away this week before Thursday.

I went on a 25 minutes hill walk today in hoping that it would give me some motivation before the start of the day, but no. I think a lot is to do with the fact Im having a really hard time at work at the minute and feeling a bit down, so finding it hard to do well and eat the right amount, I know I am eating too much even though within syns for the day, so not hoping for much this week, staying the same i would be happy with!

I also have to weigh in a day early this week too, Im going to weigh in on Wednesday as were going out Wednesday night for a Chinese - I am going to do it all on plan and within syns, but i dont fancy weighing in Thursday morning after it lol.

Weighed in..

Stayed the same this week, which I am really happy about.

I am having an on plan day, but off plan evening tonight as we have an event with family so I won't be noting food and also tomorrow I have a day out with my Mum, so the next two days won't be great, but will be back on it from Friday and hopefully won't be too bad next Thursday :)

The "Cheese Burger" and onions were the best thing ever and actually really low syn as long as you use your A & B for it which I will do in future as I won't normally ever have 2 in one day, but I had planned it for dinner and I had one sat in the fridge spare, its all that i could grab that wasn't crisps or cheese so just went with it, but for first day back on plan after 2 let loose days, I don't mind.

Not an ideal first day back, the shopping was coming at 11am and work was busy ( I work from home ) So i had to skip brekky and I wasn't very prepared, how ever, all on plan and within syns!

Tomorrow shall be better and more speed filled!

Hope everyone is doing well.

I did weigh in on Thursday and I had lost 1lb which I was thrilled about. How ever I am not going to record it, its been a really stressful and busy week this week and I am going to give myself that 1lb to play with this week ready for Thursday's weigh in.

I haven't been terrible and have actually been doing a lot of exercise with all the walking in and out of hospital, but now the first few days are out the way I am fully back on track as of today so still hoping for a loss on Thursday!
