Hi have been doing sw but am slightly concerned that this will not help my portion control which is how I got in this state in the first place so cc and more exercise , might have a few less in week and a treat at the weekend will see how it goes
 
Welcome! I swapped from mostly-green-day SW to CC and haven't looked back! I also gave up SW because I didn't think it taught me anything about portion control. One person's "small" is another person's "large". Bit like saying "stop eating when you feel full" because some people never do!

Stay motivated, determined and strong and you WILL succeed.... (I did! ;))
