You're over halfway there, so what if it takes longer to lose the last 20lbs, as long as you lose them that's what matters. is it worth moving up the plans a bit if you are happy to take longer?

I am really hoping that I have a great loss at weigh in on Friday and then I plan to move up. I would LOVE to have lost at least 5lbs taking me to 11.5 though this morning was just over 11.6 so secretly hoping for a bit more Good luck hon xx

Really happy as feel like I'm nearing the end of my 10 day challenge and am excited that the scales are showing a 5lb loss so far - fingers crossed for my weigh in on Friday morning! I start moving up the plans from Friday - whoop whoop x
