Lexy's Mini 10 day 100% SS challenge........

    Well after 5 days of crazy social stuff and being on and off plan for the past 5 weeks I plan to start SS again today and have cleared all social occassions so I can do a 10 day stint!

    I am determined to remain 100% for the next 10 days as I really want to shift another half a stone and then think I might start moving up the plans for the last stone.

    So I weighed in this morning at home at 11.12 and I would like to set a goal of getting to at least 11.5 by the end of the 10 days :D

    HI Lexy1972 good luck hun bun ım startıng SS tomorrow mornıng also. Im on hoilday and thınkıng ı may have gained so need to get back on track.

    I think ı may do the same as yourself after a week ın Turkey eatıng heavy foods again ım going to need to ss for a few days. x

    Thought yesterday might have been harder as been off plan so much the past week but went fine, hopefully day 2 won't be too bad..... 9 days left to go.... water, water and more water!!!! x

    Hi Lexy, hope you're being good lol.

    I am TRYING my very hardest to lose something by 4th September (15 days). My friends keep giving me pep talks because I am great all day, then once I get home from work - it's like I have never seen food before in my life, I don't eat it like a normal person - I ram it down my gob like I am starving hahahaha.

    So, had my last pep talk from my friend 2 mins. ago and that's it - I am on CD again!!!!!!!! Going out on Saturday night though (planned) but will drink and not have pizza, burger, curry afterwards. Can I post my weights now and for the following two weeks?

    I haven't been officially weighed this week but last week I was 10st 13 3/4lb (may have put a bit on since then though :(). I would be happy with a 7lb loss in 15 days.

    I'm with you girls- I fly out to Morocco on the 30th and would love to be 10st 5lbs (the lowest I have been as an adult). I even want to try and lose a bit more while I am away by doing loads of activities and walking xx

    Jump on board ladies....... day 1 completed and half way through day 2 and feeling strong. Just turned down chocolate at work and off for a nice long dog walk when I get home around 5pm. We can do this xxxx

    I am half way through day 1 and my head is pounding already. I really want to do this, even just for 2 weeks. I may join you on the dog walk after 5 too to take my mind off eating lol

    Oooh Lexy day 1 and ive had a small blip a taste of something im still going to have my shake.And then a very early night for me. Just hope day 2 i am stronger.! x

    Hey Shanny24, don't worry a small blip/taste can be forgotten! Just put it behind you and good luck for tomorrow. I have just been for an hour long hilly dog walk, home for a tetra and a litre on water. Now watching Briget Jones, The Edge of Reason :D xx

    Day 2 done - had my weigh in this morning and only lost 1/2lb so am really looking forward to next Friday after a further 8 days of SS! x

    Good morning all!

    Day 3 done - feeling good though still not quite in ketosis I don't think. Going to try and buy some ketostix this morning. Bit of shopping, a nice long walk with my 11 month old puppy and then the cinema later on is my plan for the day! Hope everyone else in the early days of SS is doing well, don't be strangers :D

    Happy Sunday all!

    Day 4 done and dusted and scales dropped 2lbs in last 2 days so really excited about my weight loss on Friday after a 10 day SS stint :D

    Just got back from a one hour hilly dog walk, home for a pack and water and in an hour off horse riding for a couple of hours on the beautiful 17h eventer that I exercise! I think with all the exercise today and the heat I will probably have to have a 4th pack today as not having bars during these 10 days!!!

    How is everyone else doing???

    I can't say the same unfortunately :-( TOTM kicked in and I have had craving after craving and eventually gave in to food. I'm trying to get on track again today but I don't think it will make too much difference on the scales as I fly out on my hols on Sunday!

    You are over half way there and have a similar amount as me left to lose. good luck and you can do it. I am slightly nervous as after this week I will be moving up the plans as have next week off and have lots of social events (mainly as I've largely been in hibernation these past 2 months). I have a feeling the last stone will take me about 2/3 months to get off, but am mentally preparing myself for that! Good luck hon and have a FAB holiday x

    Thanks hun, you always seem so positive and I think I need to be a bit more like that rather than dwelling when things go a bit wrong.

    I am feeling better today and trying to stick with it as best I can. I am now giving myself until Christmas to get to target weight which gives me plenty of time to achieve. Obviously I want to be there sooner as it is only 20lbs but it takes the pressure off me slighty. Just got to make sure I don't use that is an excuse to keep falling off the wagon.

    Anyway hope your day is going well. Over the half way mark now xxx
