Just been reading your posts from the start.. wow you are obviously not a drinker or big chocolate eater, if you are how do you do it????? Thanks for posting your daily food intake its very inspirational.. will try one of the weeks where you lost 5 pounds to see if it helps me.

Thanks for Popping into my Diary..As you may have seen on my Stats i have a Very Big Amount to lose and i'm Very Focused on Achieving my Goals :D

Guess the way i see things now is i want to lose weight More than i want to Binge on Chocolate/Crisps all the Stuff that got me Sooo Big in the First Place, And your Right im not a Drinker..thats a saving Grace haha..i do when its a special occasion ;) Feel free to ask anything and Pinch any Idea's you may find Useful..nothing fancy just food i Enjoy and when you have to make 3 Diffrent types of Meals ( Fussy Fiance & Toddler ) i like quick meals lol.

Hi Lg, I know all about it have four girls and seem to be making at least 3 different meals. Have a wedding coming up soon so I needed to try something that would show quick results. Have been on SW before but once I lost the weight I didnt go back ..big mistake! I found one week i had fish every dinner time and I lost 6pds. At the moment i am having the 12 superspeed soup for lunch and dinner.. it is very filling because Iv'e noticed that im not snacking and my scales say ive lost 3pds since I started doing it on Saturday. My weigh in morning is this Thursday so hopefully I will be able to report a good loss.

Ive read on here quite a few times that people have done a Fish Week and they have seen Great Losses at Weigh In..deffo something i'm going to try :) Here's hoping for a lovely loss on Thursday for you :fingerscrossed:

Good going on the 2lb.. had my weigh in this morning and Ive 3lb altho my scales said that I had 5lb off and they normally weigh me heavier than SW's but I am delighted none the less. Ive decided to keep doing the superspeed soup for lunches and do fish for dinner. Do you have any good recipes for cod?

Well Done on the 3lbs Loss thasts Great! Thats something i try to avoid is Weighing Myself, i know people that are Obsessed by the Scales and its addictive lol..then they go get weighed at Class and its always diffrent :eek: Ohh i remember doing the 12 Speed Soup..had a Huge Blimmin pot of the stuff i couldnt eat it all lol. Havent got any Recipes for Cod im Afraid, i always seem to stick to Tuna, Prawns & Salmon..should really broden my Horizons on the Fishy Side :D

Had a Great Time in Blackpool for the Weekend with the Family..3 Days off Plan but soo Glad to be back 100% from Today..Feeling really Groggy with all the Rubbish food ive Eaten all Weekend..:(
