I seem to be constantly losing and gaining a stone. My aim which i never seem to get to is 9stone 10lb which I WILL do this time.

So my diet today:

muller rice 200
snack a jack 80
brown roll 100
pasta spinach and pine nut salad 500
chocolate bar thing 90 x 2 (180)

tea tonight is ww fisherman's pie (200)I think
veg 100
handful of nachos (100)
total cal = 1360

Uphill walk with a friend tonight about 300 cal

A succesful day yesterday and did burn more than 400 cal on the uphill walk.

This morning I have burnt 500 cal with doing a half an hour run and half hour walk with the dog.

small bowl of shreaded wheat (200)
banana (100)
2 x small apples (80)
snack a jack 90
bar of chocolate 90
brown roll 100
cous cous salad 500
prawn and noodle soup 400

= 1560

Thanks Lozzy Gozzy. The day went well and I only went 90 calories over what was intended.

I'm going take the dog on a long mountain walk later which should burn at least 400 calories.

Today's diet:

Banana (100)
2 x apples (80)
snack a jack (90)
tomato soup (220)
brown bread roll (100)
salmon (150) pasta (250) tomato and red pepper sauce (100) mange tout (50)

= 1140

plus last night I had maltesers and a nectarine so total cal 1440

I am running tonight so will burn 400 calories. Might treat myself to a glass of red wine with the biryani. x
