i just want to say a BIG MASSIVE THANKYOU to you for being so supportive and being such a kind person, not sure what i would have done without you.

people think that because you finish the diet that you no longer need the support etc etc but i tell you something it is alot harder than you can imagine! and you really need as much support as you can get....YOU have been mine

so thankyou once again, you are a lovely,kind person

and thankyou to everyone else that has helped me or given me advice through my troubles on maintenance 'or lack of it' this past week lol
