Hey all, thought id start a food diary to track my progress

Here's yesterdays food

B- 2 alpen light bars (hexb) & bananna

L- tomato&veg pasta

T -Sw burgers & herby potato wedges n salad

Glass of warm milk (hexa)

Syns - curly wurly 6 syns

Today

B - 70 cal aldi cereal bars (hexb) & melon

L - super speed soup , with slice of toast (3 Syns) & phili light (hexa)

T- baked spud , beans & salad

Snacks - bannana , melon &curly wurly (6 Syns )

Total syns 9
 
Today :-

B - 2 70 cereal bars (hexb) got up late n had to grab something quic

L - super speed veg soup

T - sw tomato, spinach & chicken curry with rice

Snacks - 2 satsumas , melon , muller light n a magnum later at my nans 12.5 syns

Total Syns - 12.5 more than I would usually have but I visit my nan every.saturday night n she likes me to have one with her lol
 
Well curry was sooooo nice v similar to my fave chicken sagwalla dish from my local takeaway!

Todays menu is as follows :-

B - sainsburys bgty cumberland sausages *2(1syn) , poached egg , chopped toms , wholemeal toast *1 (half my hex b) with lf spread (1syn)

L - poss just some fruit after my mega brekky if really hungry will have superspeed soup

T - chicken sunday lunch with veg n roasties ( fry light used for roasties n chicken )

Snacks - bananna , curly wurly (6syns)

Total Syns -8
 
Ok have tweaked today on the count of I burnt my toast and cba making more so am gonna have 2 aldi 70 cal bars as my hexb n a milky coffee later to use my hexa then skip the curly wurly for one of my hexb cereal bars and syn a yorkshire pud therefore revised Syns are 4
