Lidl El Tequito Fajita Sauce Syns?

Hi,

Can someone please help me with the syns in a jar of sauce I have?

It was bought from Lidl and is called El Tequito Fajita Sauce ('a medium spiced tomato cooking sauce with red peppers, onion, coriander and jalapeno peppers').

Per 125g serving (1/4 of 500g jar)

Cals: 85kcal
Protein: 1.9g
Carbs: 10.1g
(of which sugars: 7.5g)
Fat: 3.6g
(of which saturates: 0.3g)
Fibre: 1.9g
Sodium: 0.3g

Main ingredient is tomatoes at 29%.

If someone could please run this through the syn calculator, I'd be very grateful. I'm following the plan at home as I can't afford class, so I don't have access.

Using the 20kcal = 1 syn rule, a serving would be 4 syns.

Is there any free food allowance for the tomato or are blended sauces fully synned?

There is no free food allowance on pre-prepared sauces I'm afraid.
