I bought a couple of packs of Lidl's German Black Forest Ham when it was half price. It now needs to be used up and I can't find out the syn value using SW online. Does anyone have any idea how many it will be. It looks quite lean and I'll remove the fat around the edge. Am guessing it won't be syn-free, but just wondering if the smoking process may make a difference.
    Thanks!

Look on the label to see what is added. Smoking shouldn't make a difference. If it is just lean ham, then it is free.
