Hi Everyone. :flirt2:
I turn 30 in 4 weeks and although I am not dreading the milestone I have decided that this is my chance to put a new plan into action. My weight has yo-yoed over the past 10 years or so but since getting divorced recently and comfort eating my way out of it the yo yo seems to be dragging on the floor a bit!!!
I have just recently joined a ladies only gym to help out with the excercise (gymophobics) and have found a love of walking but I'd like to combine this with a healthy eating plan to but not sure exactly which way to go - so any suggestions would be great!!! Slimming World has been about the only 'diet' that has worked for me in the past so kind of working to that a bit but I think I just need some more inspiration - which is when I found this site!!!! Looking forward to gettting some good ideas!!!!
