Hello, I just wondered if anyone had any experience of this. I've been reading about it and have just sent for the book, so I'll be interested to see what it says. It seems easy - but nothing is ever as easy as it sounds!

2011 - Atkins (Induction+OWL+Pre-Maintenance), Jan - Dec 2011, Total 30 kg gone
Started: 112kg BMI 37.5, Achieved: 82kg BMI 27.6
2012 - Jan -1.9 kg
hit GOAL - 80kg, 5 stone lost
Atkins/Primal Maintenance
2015 - Sitting between 80-82kg depending on how much partying going on!
Jan 2016 - start 85kg following christmas indulgences. Target 80kg
April 2016 - still 85kg so 3 weeks fat fast down to 81kg for mid May
June sitting at 80kg right on target
Autumn - sitting at 82kg but christmas might be a problem....!
