    I'm on week 3 and have been really, really light-headed this week, even when I'm sitting down. Is this normal?

    Sometimes this can happen last week I was on week 6 and had worked 3 twelve hour night shifts when I got out of bed after the third I was lightheaded all day!! Everytime I got up I'd have to stand still for a minute I though I may pass out!! Once I'd caught up with the shakes andthe water it passed:)

    how much water are you drinking, I know it is a min of 2lt but to be honest if you are on the move alot try to do 4lt, it sounds like your body is crying for more water listen to it, or it will take it from your body which can cause dizziness and pains.:}

    I'm drinking 3 to 3.5 litres. I work from home, so it's not like I have a hard manual job. I'm finding it really hard to focus on my work. If this carries on I may have to stop lipotrim, because I cannot afford to make mistakes, as if the work is wrong I won't get any further work (ie no money).

    But I love eveything else about this diet. I hope the dizziness stops soon.

    I've had dizziness for about 3 weeks now - mostly just when I stand up and it soon passes. I've checked my blood pressure and it's fine so I assume that it's just low blood sugar. I guess that's likely to happen on lipotrim anyway because of the lack of food.
