Light Pink.. Dark Pink ?

Hi all

Just wondering if someone can shed some light regarding the readings on the Ketostix ??

Should it be, light.. medium or dark.. ? (makes me think of chocolate.. lol )

done mine yesterday and it was a dark colour, tested it against the colour chart on the side of the tube , it was the one with the +++
is that good, bad or something else.. or what should the ideal reading be.. and what could i do to maintain it ?

would love some feedback if possible,

They say ideally in the middle range....if you are the darkest it is a sign you are not drinking enough water and are slightly dehydrated. Any of the pinks are positive results....the beige is negative.
