Lighterlife lite booklet

High I did love 10 years ago. But sadly have now put the weight back on. I have decided to do it again, but this time I'm doing the lite. I have ordered my food pack on line as I'm sorry but cannot do group. What I'm wanting to know is can anyone get me the lighterlife lite booklet that has ideas for meals recipes and weight per portion etc. I have ordered my good packs direct from lighterlife, but there was no option to order booklet. Thank you in advance

Hello and good luck with your journey. I didnt realise you could now order direct from LL now? Do you not have to attend meetings anymore ?

No if you do it on line you get free voice or email help. I personally cannot afford the meeting both Time and money. Problem is you only get the food packs. Do you have to be very careful with your one meal a day.
