Better start back tomorrow.

I'm only 3 weeks with SW and lost 11 pound which I'm in total shock cause I get it hard to lose a pound. But with the weather this week, a load of drink and food around I've prob put some back on with weigh in tomorrow morn. So I will post back up starting tomorrow everything everyday that I eat cause that's when I'm good :) xx

I am! In my 7th week now! Love the programme! How are you finding things? x

I'm after losing 11 pound in 3 weeks but Fridays weigh in I put back on 3 pound so prob after putting on more this fri weigh in as I'm off work and just can't stop eating crap. So I will be back in work tomorrow so back on track for good :) how much did u lose in 7 weeks :) it's a brill plan
