Hi all, well I am really pleased as I have reached day four today and so have started my new diary. I am in Wales for the next two weeks on holiday in our caravan and I have brought all my exante stuff with me and am finding it quite easy to keep to my diet thank fully.I have tried to keep to my diet for the past 3 months or more but could not stick with it past 3 days but this time seems to be different as I am doing okay I am glad to say, as I really need to lose my weight and get back to being in good health.. and I have joined into the Xmas Challange so I am determind this time..so fingers crossed..
