Oh my gosh, im back AGAIN
Hi guys, i've just started cc-ing and thought I should start keeping a diary in this section and want to introduce myself.
My name's Linz and i'm 30yrs old, soon to be 31 Been married 5 yrs and have no kids but would like them someday soon and don;t want to be an overweight mum to be with loads of issues due to weight!
Starting out on CC at 17st exactly but not for much longer....!!!
I have my main diary in the WW section as I have currently lost 2.5 stone doing WW since Nov 09 and have made a lot of friends over there. I will defo be keeping that diary as well as this one for support. I do find the support in general on Mini's is fantastic and I certainly wouldn't be where I am without the support and motivation from everyone.
So, as I say i've just started out doing CC and with the help of you guys and myfitnesspal I should hopefully get to my goal!! I don't have a specific date in mind to hit goal but so long as I get there sometime in the near future!
I'm aiming for 1500-1700 cals per day and my food today has been (27/06/10) -
Brekkie - 2 boiled eggs & 2 toast (388)
Lunch - garlic & onion bagel with 2 slices breaded ham,tomato, philly & coleslaw (440)
Dinner - turkey steak in breadcrumbs with homemade oven chips & side salad (395)
Snacks - fab ice lolly (90) meringue nest, mini muller rice pot with strawberries (244)
Total used today - 1557
