Hi Everyone, :bliss:

Im Nays, Im 29. I live with my partner Nic and have two labradors. :chores016:
I started Lipotrim last Saturday. First two days were a bit savage but finding it ok now. Been reading this Forum and there are some brilliant tips. Made a peppermint tea tonight and added the chocolate power to it. Mint Chocolate. It was so lovely. So thanks to whoever thought of that genius tip!!
:thankyou:
I used to weigh 15 stone and managed to get down to under 11 stone all by myself. However I was living on my own and it is so mush easier to loose weight when you dont live with anyone.
Since meeting and living with my current partner its started to creep back up again. As I have no inkling to go back to the single life (as i am well loved up) :hug99:I have seen so much success with the Lipotrim diet, I thought I would give it a go.
I am currently 12.5 and would like to get down to 10 stone.

So nice to meet you all.

Best of luck dizzy nays. You haven't got far to go, you can do this, there's always help on this site. We're all in the same boat !

Ahhh Thankyou so much. :thankyou:

There are some fabulous stories on here. Really given me a lift tonight. My dear partner Nic tried to support me by starting it, but only lasted a day and half. Rugby players and Lipotrim dont go together well!!

Men full stop are not great at this apart from a few. I asked my other half to start with me and once he heard he had to give up alcohol he nearly had a heart attack ! you will be so proud of yourself for doing this.

Well credit where its due... although he is eating, he has made a huge effort to eat good foods in front of me. He has been sat with a few salads, jacket pots and fruit, and not been eating biscuits or crap in the evenings. So that has really helped.
I love him just the way he is and dont think I would want him to loose any weight!!! Ahhhh
:king:
But yeah it is hard for men to do Lipotrim. It does take so much willpower and they are not used to dieting.

Well at least he's trying to help you. My H2B sits on front of me with pizza hut, chocolate and crisps ant tells me how good it tastes and how much I'm missing out on this yummy food. So I gave in once, and was horrified that he said.. see, I knew you wouldnt last ! I was gutted to say the least ! So I went straight back on it as I never want to feel that guilt feeling again. To be honest, food doesnt bother me anymore as I never feel hungry on this !
Keep thinking summer, shorts, skirts and little dresses.
As I said b4....... nothing tastes as good as feeling slim !!! :girlpower:

Newbie!!

Hi everyone, I'm Tracey and I'm new to this site. I am due to begin Lipotrim on Monday (Easter Monday!!).

I went to get weighed today and I could have cried...how can someone who used to do 6hrs sport a day let her self now weigh 21st 3lbs:cry:

Well I won't be weighing that ever again, I owe it to myself and my family - my mum is 80 and 3yrs ago due to Cancer we had to bury my sister she was 56 .... no mother should have to see her child buried, no matter how old, so I am determined that she will not have to go through that again by damaging my health anymore.

I put the food in my mouth, I wasn't forced, so it's down to me to do something about it - no more blaming "my genes" "my metabolism", being "big boned" I mean...have you ever seen a fat Skeleton ????:p

So here I go, I will be reading this forum, and using it for support - as well as giving mine to anyone who needs it.

thanks for reading.

I am glad that there are a few of us starting together we can compare thoughts & feelings.

I just told my husband and my mum both of which know how unhappy I am and realise that I need to do something drastic. I wont tell too many of my friends as they will just think this is another fad I am going through and then have a go at me when they realise I am not actually eating proper food. I am going to try to avoid too much socialising over the next 8 weeks which as I have a young baby shouldnt be too hard. After that we are going to Ireland for 3 weeks for a holiday so i am not too sure what I will do in ireland perhaps the maintainence diet for the 3 weeks we are away as I think it ruin the holiday for everyone if I dont have at least one meal a day.

I found it really hard last night I was very hungry and I even dreamed of food. Today I feel more positive although I know that the evenings are long I am trying to take each day as it comes and I really hope I can lose weight on this as every other diet I try I have failed at.

We need to figure out how to these trackers!

Good luck

HI there,

Welcome Spacecowboy and well done on your 5lbs off already!!!

Good to hear you are managing the water and shakes no problem as it can take some time to get use to the taste of the shakes and get into a routine with drinking so much water.

Try the soup again in a few weeks as your taste buds do adjust to this diet over time and it may not taste as vile then:)

If you need any help please ask.

Hi, I'm Lene, I'm a 23 yr old nurse and im due to get married next year so me and my fiance decided to start LT 2 weeks ago to get to the weight we were when we met. I gained most of my weight when I started driving and working strange shifts during my nursing course. I love my food and I found when I went for something to eat with my friends I was eating much much more than any of them. I ate chocolate for breakfast every day, sandwhich and chocolate for lunch and a large meal at tea time with a desert! and then more snacks. I thought about food contantly! My aim is to not only lose weight but to train myself that I can survive withought pigging out every day! My start weight was 12st 7 lb. The pharmacist suggested my target weight should be 9st 7lb but my personal goal is 10st. I do want to lose weight but still want to keep some curves!! I've lost 11 lb altogether which i'm pleased about! I found it easy in the 1st week as I was determined, 2nd week I found very difficult, now im in my 3rd week I just keep thinking of what I look like thin and healthy! I find it so difficult socially as I cant go for lunch with my friends, or go for a drink, but only 8 weeks to go! I think you are all doing so well and its a real inspiration!
