    Lunch: Muller light cherry yogurt (1.5pts) Banana (1.5pts)

    Dinner: Rogan josh (11pts)
    boiled rice (1.5pts) Popadoms (2pts)

    Snack: 2 glasses of wine 3.5 pts

    Total points: = 25.5 :sigh::mad:

    Dinner: 4oz Fillet Steak (2.5pts) Small portion chips (4.5pts) 15g Stilton (1.5pts)

    Snacks: Sesame peanuts 100g pot (7pts)

    2 Glasses of wine (3.5pts)

    I have been away and off the rail for 4 days but i'm back on it today.

    Breakfast: 8 Cherry tomatoes (0pts) ½ tub Cottage cheese with pineapple (1.5pts) 4 seafood sticks (1pt)

    Lunch: 1 ham sandwich ww bread clover lighter (3pts) ww cheese puffs (1pt)

    Dinner:

    Snacks: alpen light choc and orange bar (1pt) WW chilli crisps (1pt)

    Total points: 8.5
