Lunch: 4 Seafood sticks (1pt) 1/2 tub cottage cheese & pineapple (1.5pts) Cherry tomatoes (0pts) WW mini hoops (1pt)

Dinner: 4oz Fillet Steak (2.5pts) Small portion chips (4.5pts) 15g Stilton (1.5pts)

I have been away and off the rail for 4 days but i'm back on it today.

Breakfast: 8 Cherry tomatoes (0pts) ½ tub Cottage cheese with pineapple (1.5pts) 4 seafood sticks (1pt)

Lunch: 1 ham sandwich ww bread clover lighter (3pts) ww cheese puffs (1pt)

Dinner:

Snacks: alpen light choc and orange bar (1pt) WW chilli crisps (1pt)

Total points: 8.5
