I've decided that I need to preempt my diet failure. I always do diets and last 4 weeks or get to 11st 10 and then quit. I'm past the 4 week point but not at 11.10 yet but I can feel myself starting to want to cheat so hopefully by writing this I can stop this from happening???

Breakfast - cherry mullerlight, banana
Snack - apple
Lunch - cous cous, feta (hexa) coriander and red pesto (1syn)
Tea - cottage pie - extra lean mince, stock cube, onions, peas, turnip, potato, brown bread, butter (2syns)
Snack - seabrooks (7 syns) mullerlight cherry
Syns = 10
 
Busy day at school and then pegging it around picking stuff up but hubby cooked tea so felt organised food wise. Realised my biggest issue is after tea sitting on sofa chilling watching tv

Breakfast - mullerlight muesli banana
Snack apple banana
Lunch cous cous red pesto (1syn), feta (hexa), coriander
Tea - veg lasagne - veg, tinned toms, lasagne sheets, cottage cheese

Snacks. Sainsburys Czech beer (1syn), mullerlight, seabrooks (6.5)
