Lisa's last time food diary

    Hi
    This is the last time I am starting a food diary because this time i am going to get to my target :)
    I am a size 14/16 but want to be a 10/12, I will get weighed every week but its clothes that matter to me more than the scales, I want to feel good in what I wear and at the moment I feel frumpy and ugly. I am going to Orlando in october and would love to lose as much as possible before i go as last time I went I put on alb while there.

    I am having my weigh in day on a Saturday morning but have really only started properly today, need to do more food shopping and Needed Hubby to be away to really get my head into my books.


    A:300ml skimmed milk
    B:4 Ryvita original

    Breakfast: Kelloggs Special K (less than 2%) 4.5 sins with milk from allowance

    Snack: Pear

    Lunch: SW Sticky chicken 2 sins with a huge syn free salad and new potatoes

    Sticky chicken recipe
    Chicken 600g
    3tbsp honey
    3tbsp soy sauce
    3tbsp balsamic vinegar
    Mix ingredients together all ingredients place in a pan on high and cook until all the liquid has gone and the chicken is sticky

    Dinner: Tesco healthy living cottage cheese with chilli, Tuna, celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks

    Weight watchers yogurt and apple

    Syns Total: 6.5


    I have been on 2 walks today with the dogs

    Been a bit off this week but now back on it

    Banana and strawberries in ryvita for breakfast with a yogurt

    Fish pie for lunch

    Not sorted tea yet but most likely a salad
