i started refeed yesterday this is what i had.

Monday 20 October

Brekkie - strawberry shake
Lunch - Hot chocolate shake
Dinner - poached chicken breast, small amount of lettuce, one spring onion finely chopped, slither of orange pepper finely chopped, small handful of beansprouts, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1cm piece of cucumber finely chopped, half a mushroom finely chopped and a couple of splashes of balasmic vinegar.

It was yummy but i could only eat half - the cat seems to love chicken with balsamic though lol.

I will post todays later after i have eaten it!
 
Day 2

brekkie - strawberry shake
lunch - tuna salad [salad as above] yum yum piggies bum :)
dinner - poached coley with salad [as above] not so yum lol

I am really enjoying eating again, the portions they allow are far to big for my stomach but i reckon thats a good thing. I stop when i know i am full. In fact, i aint really hungry when i start!! lol
