Hi everyone,i'm on week 2 Weigh day is a wednesday so i'm almost into week 3, i had a loss of 4lbs on my first weigh in that was lovely
Im struggling to keep me weight dow as i'm on a lot of steroid medication every day for the rest of my life. I aim to loose 52 lbs,there is no time limit just as long as i continue to shrink thats fine by me! So here goes with my food diary

3 soft boiled eggs
Black coffee
Muller light
Banana
LUNCH
Pasta,tomatoes onions and garlic with fresh oregano and 28g goats cheese (HEa)
DINNER
S.W Lambs liver and bacon with spring onion mash (from extra easy book)
