Yet to be arranged but will combine a HEa and lots of veg :)
 
I dont know why its not happening or me there just seems to be too much temptation all the time like today iv been really good and not had any syns and now iv just been invited out to pub for tea so i can see me totally f-ing things up for today! I just cant get my head back into things!
 
Have a nice steak and salad....presuming your not veggie of corse :)) then if you have alcohol you will have to go without for the rest of the week :) Im determined to stay on track even if the scales let me down this week. "Its hard being on a diet but its harder being overweight" thats my mantra for the immediate future. Best of luck to you sweets,i hope you have success this week .x
