I have 3 packs and 100g protein eg fish/chicken
You can do 4 packs only
You can also have 200g selected veg on both plans
 
Some of the packs are meals like chilli or curry. I add the protein and veg to bulk it out x
 
i think i might swap to slim and save once ive finished my month of exante, they have so many different types of bars and shakes
