I have started my EE diet on Saturday the 14th May :)

SAT 14th MAY

Breakfast:
Apple and 3 boiled eggs

Lunch:
2 WM toast HE B
beans

Tea:
Chicken noodle soup with LOADS of cabbage, carrots, parsnips, garlic, leeks, onions, celery and spinnach

Snacks
2 snack a jacks 5 syns
1 alpen bar 3 syns

total 8 syns

350 ml skimmed milk

sugar for coffee 4 syns

total 12 syns


SUNDAY 15th May

Breakfast:
1 Weetabix with Milk from allowance
with half spoon sugar 0.5 syns

Lunch:
2 bacon
1 poached egg
beans
1 WM toast H/E b

Tea:

chicken noodle soup as above!

Sugar for coffee 8 syns
Milk from allowance

TOTAL SYNS 8.5
 
Ok, not had the best week this week keeping my diary upto date! but one of my best friends dads died and it was the funeral on monday, so it's been a hard week, though I have kept up with SW.

today I god on the scales and i have lost .... drum roll 5lbs ! woo hoo, I have never lost that amount before, so I am thrilled to bits.

what have I done differently on this diet than to others ?? ate breakfast!
