Plan ahead and be prepared, ie make up soups & sauces and buy 'quick grab' foods like cooked chicken/yoghurt/fruit, etc.
Make your food plans interesting, getting bored is the quickest way to leave a diet.
Eat regularly and keep hydrated so you don't confuse thirst for hunger.

Strangely enough, they are all from children I have taught!

1. Years ago, on the last day of Summer Term, a little girl in my class (Y2) came up shyly and gave me £1 which she had been saving to give me.
2. A cactus from a boy in my Y3 class some years later, who had remembered me saying how much I loved cacti when we were learning about plants.
3. A beautiful painting of a white and ginger cat.
4. A lovely loom band necklace made in my favourite colours (turquoise and purple).
5. A home made cup cake which a boy with special needs had baked especially for me
