Eat homemade soups, they keep you fuller for longer.
Plan ahead and be prepared, ie make up soups & sauces and buy 'quick grab' foods like cooked chicken/yoghurt/fruit, etc.
Make your food plans interesting, getting bored is the quickest way to leave a diet.
