Literlife - should I do it?

I am testament to the diet being the best thing to ever have existed.

I'm sorry your daughter has had a hard time with this diet Lorna. It really is very unorthodox and controversial and certainly is not for everyone.

Having said that, it definitely was for me. I've lost 6 stone since Sep last year, I've finished the management part and I have been maintaining my weight ever since. I've been eating normally for over 2 months now and not an ounce has gone back on.

I am smaller than I have ever been in my life and thanks to the CBT and TA I am mentally stable with regard to food for the first time in my life. Doing this diet has been the most positive thing I have ever done in my life. I had been a yo-yo dieter (losing/gaining over 3 stone) for nearly 20 years but I no longer am.

I would recommend the diet to anyone who was dead-set serious about commiting to doing the therapy homework, because without doing that, you've almost no chance. You have to work on your mental self for it to be successful long-term.
