Little confused.

    Ok so there is sole source which is 3 food packs, and sole source plus which is 3 food packs and either 200ml skimmed milk, or food from the list I got given.

    Is this right?

    Can I just do sole source, but have enough milk for a couple of cups of tea?

    That's what i do , I have 3 packs a day and skimmed milk in my hot drinks ok im a newbur but did me no harm last week as I lost 9pm

    Yes! Exactly what I do!! First week first go was 16lbs down!!!!
