Little Miss Mini Refeed Diary :-)

Day 3
Breakfast: Half Maintenance Caramel Bar (yummy):)

Lunch: Second half of Maintenance Bar
Cup of tea with Soya milk

Dinner: Cod fillet
6oz boiled potato with red & black pepper seasoning
2 heaped tablespoons peas, mushrooms, peppers, courgette, mangetout

Tea: 5oz chicken breast
breakfast bowl lettuce, cucumber, green, red and yellow peppers, brocolli, cherry tomato, baby spinach.

Drinks: 2 litres water


Day 4

Breakfast: Maintenance Choc whip

Lunch: 2 slices wholemeal bread
scraping of Hellmans extra light mayo on one slice
lettuce, 1 slice low fat ham

Dinner: 6oz sirloin steak
4oz potato
onions, mushrooms, peppers, mangetout, 1 slice tomato, carrots

Drinks: 1 1/2 litres water (eek:eek:)
1 cup tea with soya milk
 
OOOMMMMGGG it was crazy goood :D. Thought I was being really bold cos it was so yum lol. My George Forman is earning his keep these days hehe :) Would never have had steak before unless I was in restaurant on hols so it was such a treat. :)
 
Good old George! They're great for cooking steak and chicken! I must dig mine out of the garage, he's hiding in there somewhere! x

Day 5
Breakfast: TFR choc shake

Lunch: 5oz turkey mince burger
mushroom,carrot,onion,peppers,mangetout,peas
20z potato

Tea: 2 slices wholemeal bread with scrape of Hellmens extra light mayo on one
lettuce
5oz chicken breast
tea and soya milk

2 plums

Drinks: 2 litres water

Day 6

Breakfast: half a maintanence bar and cuppa tea

Lunch: 5oz turkey breast,
lettuce, cucumber, cherry tom, brocolli, peppers

Dinner: 2 slices wholemeal bread
lettuce, slice of low fat ham

Tea: low fat natural yoghurt and blueberries
second half maint bar

Drinks: 3 cups tea
1 1/2 litres water

Day 7
Breakfast: maint choc shake

Lunch : low fat nat yoghurt and blueberries

Dinner: cod fillet
4oz potato, carrots, peas, mushrooms,courgette, mangetout

Tea: 2 slices wholemeal bread
Scraping of Hellmans extra light mayo
50z chicken breast, lettuce

Drinks: 2 litres water

Day 8 (mums birthday so bit naughty today ;) )

Breakfast: maint choc shake

Lunch: weight watchers yoghurt

Dinner: 1/3 chinese takeaway chicken curry
1/3 chinese takeaway boiled rice
handful of chips

Tea: small slice Black Forest Gateau

Drinks: 2 cups tea
2 1/2 litres water
 
HeeHee I had decided to just take the night off and not worry about it, just be good with portion sizes and all that. And it worked :D I was stuffed after about three mouthfuls haha. Cake was sooo nummmmyyyy tho but defo one slice was more than enough for me. Loving my new teeny tiny shrunken stomach lol ;)
