Oh no what a nightmare. Glad it worked out ok I’m The end. Should of paid a cleaner for this morning haha.

I reckon your goin to see a loss in the morning . I had bacon sandwhich for breakfast and just had a kfc it was yummy. Prob put my gain up now but oh well it’s the weekend

Good morning!

Well I did get back on the scales this morning and I only gained 1lb, which is some kind of miracle after yesterday, lol!
I had a veggi sausage butty for breakfast, cheese butty and piece of birthday cake for lunch, went out for dinner (only right choice of the day) I had a chicken wrap and salad. Then really fancied cake with a cuppa in the evening!
But today, I've brought in loads of fruit to work. I had a punnet of grapes and strawberries that need using before I go away, so thought I'd have them today, that will do me then until I go out for dinner tonight. So today if I was still on the diet, I'd be really low, lol!

I am going to weigh myself, probably Wednesday morning on my mums scales, I seem to remember they read totally different to mine from home so wont be worried at all about what they say the first time but will then weigh myself each week and see how I am doing. I'm hoping to be good and maybe even keep losing but we will have to see.

Been out all just sat down for half Hour to catch up. It’s brill really that u have ur mums scales will really help you.

I find when it’s a bday in the house the cake is terrible isn’t it. I really struggle, it was step dads last week tho and I said no to cake lol and it was choc actually surprised myself lol.

Have a safe flight tomorow and look forward to catching up when ever you can.

Hi from sunny Bulgaria
Day 2 of my holiday and so far I’ve been goodish. I’ve done a lot of walking, so that’s good! Food wise, I’ve been ok, probably within about 1200 calories each day but then there’s the drink! I’m not too bothered because it’s the start of the holiday and I know after a few more days I’ll slow down a bit.
Not sure what I’m doing for dinner tonight but thinking something quite healthy, maybe chicken salad wrap or something.
Amy was up most of last night not feeling great, so hoping for a better nights sleep tonight.

I was drinking beer earlier then had 1 gin, now want a cuppa lol, how sad am I

Amy’s still not good, bless her, I brought her an I’ve cream but she didn’t want it, that’s how I know she’s not well!!

Good morning!

I got on the scales this morning and don't think I'll bother again. They showed 3 different readings, with the favored one being 12.1, which is nearly a stone heavier than my last weigh in at home! There is no way I've put on that much, I reckon I'll have put on maybe 2-4lbs max. So I'll not bother weighing myself again now until I get home.

Amy seems better today, she had 12 hours sleep, so more than made up for the night before Poor Olivia, I'm like that, can go for a week without going.

as if lol you’ve only been there a few days. Scales are annoying aren’t they. I’m not happy with mine this week that’s why I keep
Eating. Normally if I weigh at night in my clothes il be 3 less in morning. Anyway thort id have a look last night as I was starving when got in from work, thort if I see a good result will keep me away from the food lol. It said 16.6 1/2 so that means 16.3 1/2 and hardly eaten all day so I ate a beef sandwhich feel bloated and like crap think it’s hormones this week is just crap.

Glad Amy feeling for herself sometimes sleep is all we need isn’t it. She finally went last night when I was at work so can stop worrying about her now lol.

I’m currently drinking green tea with lemon so being good so far today. Hopefully the green tea will flush the beer and gin away quicker, lol!

Good morning
It's late 20's. We had a stormy last night, it was great to watch, the sky was just lit up for a few hours.
I was super good yesterday. Pasta for lunch and chicken actifry chips and peas for dinner with ice cream for pudding. 2 beers and 3 gins. I didn't take my phone out with me because we went on the beach but I think we walked about 7 miles in total.

Not too sure what we're doing today. Think we'll go for a walk around the old town, its beautiful there.

Having a fab time so far!
No beach for us today, it’s so busy at the weekend, so going for a nice walk instead.

Just had an omelette, so that should do me until dinner time. Not sure what we’re having tonight but will cook it myself so will be healthy my extra calories will go on beer and gin, lol!

I ended up being extremely good today, omelette for breakfast, 1/2 pizza for lunch, SW veggie sausage rolls, actifry chips and peas for dinner. So that’ll be about 1000 calories. Then I had 2 beers, 2 gins and a strawberry daiquiri so probably another 600 - 700 calories in alcohol. I’ve walked about 5 miles in the heat, so probably wasn’t a beer, lol!

I hope so. I’ve been really good today. Had a chocolate croissant for breakfast, cheese toast for lunch and a roast tonight for dinner. Calories are about 1200 but had a few too many drinks, so don’t think I’ll bother counting them, lol
