little newbie

    Hi.
    I'm sarah and I'm 17 years old.
    It's my 18th birthday next month and over te past 2 years I've put on atleast a stone& a half.
    I'm hoping to lose 10lb in four weeks, and keep it off after that.
    The past few weeks I've realised my lifestyle needs to change, but felt abit helpless so i joined here :eek:

    I'm really trying to eat better but it means I have to go shopping with my mum, and I often dont have the time.
    I do select the healthiest out of what we have though.
    My week used to consist of college, and walking the dogs when i could be arsed, but I've given myself a kick up the arse
    So now, my week consists of this..

    Monday- College,
    Tuesday- davina mccall superbody workout, 3 mile walk
    Wednesday- college,
    Thursday- college,
    Friday- college, davina mccall superbody workout,
    Saturday- 6 hours at work cleaning, hoovering, polishing, changing beds.
    Sunday- davina mcall workout

    Every day, providing I'm not exhausted, my 2 crazy dogs get a walk. 3 times a week this is a 3 mile walk, sometimes its just a 1/2 hour walk.

    I've never really been an active person, but I just dont feel like I'm doing enough.

    Hi quad and welcome, you're a who fan then! Sounds a good plan to me, let's see how it goes. 10lb in four weeks might be a bit hard to do though.

    slim&save, tried everything in the past,failed expert on them all
    hi and welcome.i'm sure you can shift the unwanted lbs. what diet are you following
