23/7/13 9st 12ibs 8oz ah cant believe it...no cheat at all. Gym. Pre arranged evening meal out that couldnt get out of. Not worth it.

10 solid non cheat days since began. 2 days full back on track. No cheats since planned night out. Have put on...cant see scientifically how. 13 days to jollies. Should be now 9.10 I reckon. What's the point.
