Morning
Right my diary for today.

Day off shakes today, so I have had a treat for brekky today as everyone was having bacon sarnies so I brought in 2 wholemeal rye slices n had it toasted with light flora n marmite it was yummy!
L:
I'm gonna see wot I feel like I will either have a US meal bar or porridge! Lol aren't I a rebel!
Snx-
Banana, French fries, cup o soup, crackerbreads if I need em.
Tea:
No idea yet going food shopping after work!

Had a sf free day today but stuck within my cals, had toast for brekky n porridge for lunch n usual snx x felt nice x

Hi all
Busy day today on the run! Up at 7am on a Saturday omg! To the meat Market for 8am for some porterhouse steak for wen friends come round for a meal!
Then to primani for some size 12 clothes cos all my clothes are too big! Lolz
Bought 2 vest tops n a pair of shorts didn't try em on n the shorts don't fit! Too tight so I must still be a 14 at primani each shop is different!
Then to visit OH mum she in temp respite care for the week with her dementia then we visited his dad then we gonna visit OH lad n girlfriend to sort out the caravan hol details for next week! Yay x am gonna pack tomoz! Lol

Hi all
Yesterday was first time I not posted my diary I think oops. Was too busy then tired lolz
Anyhoo I on TOTM n got weighed yesterday which said STS this morning which is officially weigh in, I have put 2lb so go figure! I had a normal yesterday no shakes or bars so is that y! Hmm not sure I putting it down to TOTM cos my legs are looking more toned and I am still loosing it in inches so I gonna try n focus on the positives! My plan for this wk was to eat normally but I think I gonna do a shake for lunch or shall I do my original plan have a calorie counting week, porridge for breakfast, low cal soup for lunch n a few healthy snx! Oo I dont know wot to do now I am actually scared of not having the shakes that I will put it all back on!! Help!
But I don't see how I can if I cal count n workout at the gym!! I didn't go there fri, sat so that may not have helped!

I will decide in a min!
 
I have decided to try a normal day today then c how i feel, I might try shakes again tomoz to Thursday then we at caravan Friday to Sunday or I might have a normal week then go back to sf properly next week after hols!

Stuck to my previous plan.
Porridge for breakky, soup for lunch and usual snax!

After having a tired day I managed the gym, did 45 treadmill, 10 x trainer, 220 stomach crunches, 80 Situps, tricep/bicep curl, chest & quad press etc! Burned 415 cals yay!

Had spaghetti carbonara for tea, made by me! It was very filling n sickly, feelin a little ill now lolz x

Had a hungry day today but I worked off my extra snx!
Did 1 hour on treadmill, burnt 472 cals. Did tons of Situps, tricep/bicep curls!
Had chilli n rice for tea

Mornin
Bought a fitness mag today to try n keep me going! The front cover story is flat stomach in 6 days hmmm! Lol
I measured myself today I have lost another inch off my thighs so that's a total of 3 inch off them, lost 4 inch off round top of my bottom n 2 inch off my waist! Yay!! Makes me feel fab! Even tho scales don't agree I will try to stay positive!

Tuna on 2 brown bread! Yes am having a sarnie! Lol with a cup o soup

Tomato n creme fraiche chicken pasta

No gym as day off! Need to rest my muscles xx
