I am annoyed I have got used to skimmed milk now, n not bought enuf so I thought netto may have it, they don't n called at a Sainsburys petrol station this am which sells full fat n semi milk n they don't sell skimmed anymore! Deep joy! Wot use is that to me! Agh :-(

OH makes it, i think its pork mince, onion, mushroom, red kidney beans or cannelini beans, tin of toms n chilli powder or purée or the fresh stuff, n stock if u want it saucy x

I got a really bad headache n I was so close to buying choc from vending machine wen I noticed a pack of belvita biscuits between a mars n a twix so I chose them! Still a biscuit but I felt proud lolz x they r gorgeous defo gonna get some of them, 56cals a biscuit but still a gorge lil snx xx

Done some lower abs stuff this morn try n get my little podge flat! Top of my stomach is becoming defined nicely bottom is a lil pot belly lolz x

Today's plan is good sesh at gym later cos we off to caravan early tomoz but will try n squeeze a sesh at the caravan park if not I going swimming anyhoo x

Yay on hols tomoz can't wait I know it's only a weekend away with my step son, his fiancé n my 5yr old step grand daughter Hannah who will wear us all out no doubt, but the saying goes a change is as good as a rest!

Yay caravan day! Just getin ready! But doing my Situps first as didn't get time for gym yesterday too much to sort! So I did some cleaning, gardening etc that's a workout lol!

Hope ur all doin fine?!?
Am not too bad had a nice wkend. Didn't stick to strict eating but was quite a good girlie! Had potatoes instead if chips but had a cone of chips at the seaside! :-( but nearly had scampish n chips but changed my mind to curry n rice n was gorgeous! Yay me!

Anyway I have weighed myself this morning n I back down to 11st 6 which has been my lowest weight so I have lost one pound! Yay my stomach is looking flatter so I quite happy!
Went swimming yesterday, had a run n gym session whilst at caravan on Saturday n did my sit-ups first thing too so I in the zone lol x

After many considerations I decided to start weight watchers today!
I worked out my points n decided to give it a go!
My points allowance are 22! I doing old version of WW. Rather than pro points.

Am gonna count points instead of cals now! Agh feels weird! So I will only be recording my exercise on MFP rather than cals cos I will get bored logging 2 lots of things!
If ok I shall stay posting on here cos I like this lol group of friends n lovely supportive ppl in these threads! Hope that's ok with everyone xx

Ah well I Been doing the same trying to work out my points, just to let u know the points allowance thing in the WW pack is for old points, if u want to know ur propoints allowance which is the new plan just go on the minimins WW n ask someone to work it ya out, u need to let them have ur weight, height, n age!
