Okay this is a challenge for everyone weather its maintaining, abstaining, getting fit i do not mind what it is just post a goal weight of what you would like to be come 13th february

my one is to carry on maintaining but probably lose 3-4lbs along the way

Well, I have completely messed up managedment so with the extra packs I have I am going back to abstinece for the next 10 weeks or so. So today is day 1 of week 1.

Well 14th Feb is my son's 2nd Birthday and I would love to be at goal for that! But, let's just hope for -21 to be realistic.

I have to point out at this moment that I resent Valentines Day. However, I do appreciate that it is a known date and soooo I shall conceed this time! Cus otherwise I'd feel left out :cry:
