LL vs CD - the conclusion !

    My conclusion is ... drum roll !!! CD ... by a mile !

    I know everyone is different, but I actually feel OK on SS+ - that little bit of protein and something green and alive makes all the difference in the world to me. I don't feel quite so deranged and light headed :argh:

    So thank heavens for SS+ !!! ( and Minimins - it's a lifesaver)

    ive been doing ss for a week now and i was so happy losing 8lbs this week....its so hard fisrt few days but well worth the pain!

    I'm not sure if it's the same as LLL ! It probably is -but it's bound to be a wee bit cheaper : )

    It's definitely cheaper. LLL/SS+ are about the same, but there's a bit more "allowed" on LLL to the best of my recollection.

    I prefer the attitude CD has to its dieters. It's less about blaming people and more about taking control of your own behaviour and being healthy. :)
