    I have finally given up on trying to do LL. I did foundation (100 days) from Feb but then left after that to have a break. I went back 2 weeks ago to do a 4 week refresher but just can't stick to it at all! The weekends are my downfall.

    Has anyone else moved from LL to WW? I am worried I will gain weight if I go from not eating to following the WW plan.

    Advise pls...

    Firstly, very well done on your losses so far; you have achieved a lot!

    There are quite a few people on here who have gone from LL or CD onto WW and most of them have had no problem going onto WW. If you've been having a break anyway, you shoud start losing 1-2lbs a week straight away with WW.

    Some people stay the same on their first week but I don't think anyone has put weight on.

    hi betty im in same posistion as you and i have now finally made my dession im starting weight watchers next monday and looking forward to it im re introducing food slowley this week as im so scared off gaining the weight good luck with your dession

    I started weightwatchers and lost 8 lbs then started LL 4 week refresher and have lost a further 11lbs, 2 weeks left on course then I'm going back to ww, first couple of weeks I'm going to go easy on the carbs, but am so hoping the weight loss will carry on, obviously slowly but I cant face putting on!
