Loaded Hashbrowns - American style!

Bumping this up as gonna try it out on Sunday morn :)

I have this once a week - I make a quick version for weekend mornings wiht just grated potato, spray a pan with butter frylight, pop in the potatoes, cook for 6 mins each side then serve scattered with chopped spring onion, dollops of natural yogurt and a tbsp of hot salsa and served with 2 'fried' eggs. Yummmo and it saves my HEX B for later as I normally would have egg and toast.

I made this at the weekend, didn't dry the potato's as such cos ran out of clean t-towels and kitchen roll, so I just squeezed them into a ball with my hands over the sink and shed loads of water came out. I then cooked it all and it was delish and couldn't believe it was syn free. :D

Does that not make it go all soggy Stacey?

low fat fromage frais is free on all SW plans. If you had cheese on it you would have to syn it or use it as your HEX A allowance.
