I want to be fitter again
Hi I have decided to up the ante and get some serious exercise in my life. I went for a trial at a gym and hated every second of it. Has anyone else started by hating it and then finally getting a buzz from it. I didn't mind some of the cardio stuff for 2 minutes at a time. The session just pulled every muscle in my body and left my arms and legs shaking and my knees aching. I can't swim so that isn't an option and I don't like walking the streets in the dark after work. Any help, tips, motivational lectures and sympathy all welcome Thanks guys xxx
