Attack Lobster ideals on how to cook

Hiya

Well here I am I've bought 2 lobsters never tried it on my life.

So I'm wondering does anyone have any ideals on spices or anything to cook or have with it

Hi,

if you've bought the LIDL ones - they actually tell you how to heat them on the packaging. As they're quite small you'll be hard pressed to do a classic 'dressed' lobster with it, but the flesh is very tasty and nice just with lemon, or a (typical Dukan) sauce made with Fromage Frais, vinegar, mustard, herbs, capers etc to taste. Remember to crack the claws and get every last scrap of meat out of those too.
Enjoy, just treat the same as seafood / prawns etc...

Yes they are lidls ones as were on offer so might as well take advantage of s bargain.
