Hi,
I must admit I've been lurking here for weeks, and I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone as I've read some fantastic advice and have been really inspired.
I'm on my 4th week of Slimming World, and it's going well so far. My target total loss is 3.5 stone, but mostly my partner and I (because he's on it too by default!) wanted to change our lifestyle. We've had years of bad habbits and felt it was time to take positive action before our bodies started to dictate how the rest of our lives would be. Sticking to the SW plan has been really great, there's been plenty of healthy food, a renewed interest in cooking, and a lot less trips to the pub. It hasn't always been easy, but after 4 weeks I can clearly see the difference it has made and feel inspired to keep going.
So that's me, hello, and thanks for this great forum which has been a constant source of useful support and ideas.
