    Started CD Monday 3rd September

Originally started cambridge in June and only did one week which i have to say went well but then my husband to be booked a holiday so everything went out of the window then i had various events like christenings, weddings etc so thought i would get them out of the way before i gave it my 110%
So now i have got the rest of the year with nothing planned except christmas obviously!!!

So started Monday and must say i am feeling quite well!! I am not doing as well with the water as i have hoped but have still managed between 3 and 4!!
    Today hoping for 5 though!!

My counsellor Karen came on Wednesday so i could stock up! Got weighed and have put on 5lbs since i got weighed in June! Not bad considering i havent stopped eating and drinking!!:eek:

N e way got the new choc orange shake (absolutley lush!!) choc mint and choc and butterscotch! Dont like the others and the soups are horrible so going to stick with these for now!! Until i can try bars and other stuff!!
I am having me weigh in every 2 weeks so my next weigh in will be 19th September so looking forward to a good weight loss!!

In regards to a debate i saw on an earlier thread i must say im not too bothered about my actual weight in stones!! I want to be a size 10 for my height 5ft 8in but not sure what i would have to lose to be that!
But im going to take it a stone at a time and i will now when the time is right for me to maintain my new look!!

So wish me look and i will keep you all updated on how im felling through the day and how my weight loss is going!!

Have a great day! and im going to try and glug the water down! :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:

Good Luck Lou. You are sounding really positive so Im sure you can do it. Just imagine yourself at Christmas a good 3 stones lighter - maybe even 4 stones if you are quick loser...

    Weekend finally over!!!

Well i am soooooo glad the weekend is finally over!!

I am only on day 6 and had a bit of a lapse on saturday night!!
got guilted in to going for a meal for my other halfs mum 65th birthday!!
I did explain i was on diet but there was no getting away from it!!

Went to a Toby Carvery so decided to no have a yorkshire pudding and just to have turkey and veg with no potatoes and only had water to drink so hoping i wont have done too much damage!!

    ALTHOUGH..........

When i took the ketosis test this morning i wasnt in ketosis and im still not at this minute but stook to it 100% other times!!

im getting weighed on the 19th so i am sticking to it 110% now!!

it is sooo tough!! Everybody around me is eating lovely food and i just want a bit but i know that i need to do this diet for a numerous amount of reasons, health, confidence, my family etc etc !!!!!!

So got to get my chin up if thats the right phrase i do have a few chins at the moment lol!!!

Feel really guilty about falling off the wagon so early!! How rubbish am i???!!!

But hopefully this week will be easier and i can do this i know i can!!!!

So heres wishing you all a good week and i will keep you all updated!!!

    Hi Lou,

Don't worry about falling off the wagon, it happens to us all, as you know, I messed up (BIG TIME) on my 2nd day and I'm proud to say I got weighed on Saturday and lost 7lbs, very pleased!!!

Just keep thinking positive and all the great clothes we can buy once we lose the weight!

    Have a good week hun!
