I did diet chef ages ago and lasted 1 day but i still have all ish the meals left - anyone know how many syns??? They are called LOOK WHAT WE FOUND and i know some of them are sold in Tesco now

Home reared beef in black porter
Fellside Beef Casserole
Tomato and veg pasta
Home reared chilli con carne
Mushroom Stroganoff
Crab and asparagus cream soup

Sorry I have lent my food directory out to a friend - who considerately works shifts so I haven't seen him for a while, so I can't help you - have you checked online ?

Yeah but not on there under the name of the food, and when i do the enter info sometimes it comes up syns (when entered as per 100g with free food), sometimes (per serving) it comes up free. I don't really know which to trust...... Very low though! The crab and asparagus soup was coming up 2 syns..... just thought maybe someone else would know for sure!

looked in my directory and the only 1 on yuor list was the home reared beef one, which is 2 syns on red and 7.5 syns on green. Hope that helps! Put that one in the calc, and see which method comes to those syns then use that method to calc the others.

Theyre called "look what we found" because no-one else can find them lol!!
