You can get lovely looking flapjacks and olives and stuff too (I bloody hate olives though lol). You can ban stuff you don't like from the boxes too.

I've just eaten a bag if crisps and a ww jaffa mini roll. I now feel crap, like I've let myself down. It was only 5pp and I had zero point soup for lunch but I'm still annoyed. I hate being off work. I snack so much. Going to head out for a bit and buy some fruit in case I want to snack more later. At least it will be zero then.
I'm playing badminton tonight for an hour, any idea what intensity that would be? Quite excited to earn some activity points. I might even break out the wii fit later. Earn back those points I've just eaten.
 
Now snacking on fruit fingers whilst watching paranormal activity two.
Mango, I'm sorry, but I'm not really a fan.

Thanks ladies. I've just had a good work out playing badminton, lots of lovely activity points earned. Wii fit was out of batteries so no go there.
I'm actually under points today as I didn't plate up all the pasta I made (there was way too much.) But Id pointed it as though I was going to eat it all. Little bit peckish now so will have a philidelphia dipper thing, another snack but under points.

yea I could do some of those sofa exercises....spending too much time on minimins to fit in any keep fit!!!
