Looking for feedback....... My noms.

Carrie the salad was so good but so massive. Too much feta. The dressing i used was a Tesco blue.cheese one. Its like 24p a bottle at the moment, im a bit obsessed. Lol.

Wow 3pp a day on junk sounds hardcore! Well done you for sticking with that :) I use far too many pp's on treats :(

I lurrrrrrve Blue cheese dressing - will check out the Tesco one :) is it a low fat one or regular? Sorry for all the questions hehe ;)

No sauce Kezz. I do put a bit of chicken stock into the rice while its cooking though. And herbs. I use those sweet pointed peppers (the long thin ones) instead of regular ones and I add some chilli to the mince. So nommy.
 
Its not the light choices one, Carrie. I don't know why its so low in points coz i get two tablespoons for 1pp. I adore blue cheese dressing.

Even better! I'm really fussy about dressing so glad it's not the light choices one as I think I tried it before & wasn't keen.. mind you I like the pizza express light dressing mmmm :)

Anything by pizza express is amazing. Especially the dough balls...... Mmmmmmm.....

I lost 2lbs tonight. Total loss 25.5lbs. That's half a pound over half way. Or only 17.5lbs to gold. I want to go 5 or so under my gold weight but i will see how i feel when i get there... Seems like such a long way still.
 
Congrats on the 2lbs, i have 22lbs left :( Seems forever away, but 3lbs more and il be halfway there. Cant wait till the final stone will be so close then :) x

Thanks ladies. You are all so lovely. And we are all doing such a great job. I admit, when i started this weight loss journey (god, i sound like an x factor sob story) i expected it to only take 6 months. I suppose i never really thought realistically about how many lbs per week that would work out to (about 1.75 i think....). Well im now 4 months in and a little over half way to my 50lb loss goal. Although i would like 50lbs (id like the ww certificate, and also i could say that i a) lost 25% of my bodyweight and b) i would be 10st 9lbs at that loss) i am thinking i might stop before that. Im still not happy with my weight/body at the moment, but i feel like i have come so far already, im not sure how i will feel about myself if i lose the same amount again. I think it might be too much. I am going to see how i feel at 11st 7lbs. Its still 5lbs over my official ww goal but im taking that as my first end point, so to speak.

Anyway, quick update for yesterday menu then out to bingo with my ladies. Im eating there so.wonder what i will end up stuffing my face with...... :-(
