If ( and that's a big if!) I manage 20 miles this week I am going to up it to 25 next week. Bring it on! I am loving having a non diet aim. Makes me feel good! Whoop!
Have hit my 20 mile target in the first 5 days! Yay! Next week my target is 25 miles walking ( my feet really hurt after my jog walk on sat so I am going to stick to walking only).
