Inspired by viva la diva I aim to walk or run at least 20 miles a week. Eeek! This will be interesting!

Oh you did it, well done! How ling did it take?
 
about an hour and a half I think.
Day 2 - only 2 miles (boo) but I will do a massive walk tomorrow and sunday to compensate :)

If ( and that's a big if!) I manage 20 miles this week I am going to up it to 25 next week. Bring it on! I am loving having a non diet aim. Makes me feel good! Whoop!
 
Day 3 - drum roll... I just ran 5 miles whoop! Will walk into town and back later which will bring today's total to 6 miles :)
 
??? What you actualy ran for 5 miles?!
You must already be fit, thought you were a beginer? X
 
Have hit my 20 mile target in the first 5 days! Yay! Next week my target is 25 miles walking ( my feet really hurt after my jog walk on sat so I am going to stick to walking only).

Thought I would start my week of walking on a Monday to make it simple :)
Today I walked 3 miles yay!
